I do not do refunds. Any payment you make is final I reserve the right to decline / stop working on a comission at any time. I will try to get you what you payed for, though! I reserve the rights to all my works, meaning, for example, that I will still retain the ability to post them anywhere and talk of them as my own creations. As soon as the commission is completed, you will receive a file in the original resolution / format and will have the right to use the finished work for any non-commercial purposes. (Unless agreed upon otherwise, commercial use is NOT your right, you'd need to specify how exactly you intend to use it for that purpose. This is mostly here to prevent resale of unaltered artworks.)
