Terms of Service

  • I do not do refunds. Any payment you make is final
  • I reserve the right to decline / stop working on a comission at any time. You will get what you payed for, though!
  • I reserve the rights to all my works, meaning, for example, that I will still retain the ability to post them anywhere and talk of them as my own creations.
  • As soon as the commission is completed, you will receive a file in the original resolution / format and will have the right to use the finished work for any non-commercial purposes. (Unless agreed upon otherwise, commercial use is NOT your right, you'd need to specify how exactly you intend to use it for that purpose. This is mostly here to prevent resale of unaltered artworks.)

FAQ

Visual art Comissions

Q: Do you do comissions?
A: Yes!

Q: What is your rate? Can I get a quote?
A: The price depends on the effort a given comission requires, so it's a case-by-case thing. We would decide on the price before I start working on the piece. I do not charge more than the initially agreed upon price.

Q: How long do you take to finish a piece?
A: This also depends on the type and scope of the comission.
Some things are always true, however. For example, digital painting takes less time than something traditional. A detailed piece with a background will take longer than a simple sketch. If I'm working on something, you can always ask me how the work goes and I will give you a progress update, likely in the form of a WIP. I cannot promise anything in this regard but I will tell you an ESTIMATE of the time I need once we agree on the price.

Q: Payments: How do I pay you?
A: For now, I can only accept paypal payments.

Q: When do I pay you?
A: You will pay twice in total if you want a finished piece. Firstly, half the price as a non-refundable deposit and secondly, the rest of the payment for the finished item.
